INGREDIENTS
1/4c finely chopped parsley
2T finely chopped oregano
2t-1T minced, seeded red chilies, to taste
4 cloves minced garlic, 2 1/2T
1/2c olive oil
3T red wine vinegar
kosher salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 20 minutes to infuse the flavors into the oil. Pour over grilled steak.
May be refrigerated overnight. Serve at room temperature.
