As part of our free Garden School Series, we invite you to this outdoor class with our Perennial Department Manager Heidi M. She will teach you about proper perennial summer maintenance and pruning, including how to deadhead spent blooms to prolong a plant’s bloom phase, how to encourage re-blooming, and how to use pruning to control height, improve and maintain a plant’s overall shape and appearance. You’ll also learn how to fortify plants from drought, and other useful “flower power” maintenance techniques.
There will be plenty of time for Q&A throughout class, and during demonstrations. If we have bad weather, we’ll move the class into our greenhouse.
So grab an iced coffee, bring a friend, and we’ll see you there!
Please RSVP so we can plan for headcount.
