While the ground has not fully thawed and it is still a bit too early to plant, we have started to set up the nursery for the growing season ahead. Pansies, violas, hanging baskets, lavender, herbs, and many more plants have been started in the temperature-controlled greenhouses. Seeds have been gently placed in flats to sow, and now we are starting to see some seedlings emerge – always a particularly nice sight after a long winter.
And the Perennials have been uncovered. You can come by and see what we have. The Peonies are already sprouting!
Some trees and shrubs are already out in the nursery for sale. And the first tree and shrub delivery arrived. Fruits! Packed with buds and blossoms.
The team is really excited to be outside getting things set up!
